About Olivia

Olivia Wu has an ardent enthusiasm in real estate in her business years. With good insight and meticulous personality, she can always match her clients’ professional requirements. Olivia was born and educated in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. She was a real estate appraiser, and founded Hangzhou Chuang yuan Real estate appraisal company.

Since 2016, Olivia experienced various rentals, purchases and maintenance of condos and houses (single family) in Great Boston area. She knows the feelings of excitement, frustration and satisfaction during the real estate transaction processes, and would like to be here and help. She is also very familiar with how to invest a real estate during EB-5 process.

Now settled down in Newton, with powerful support of Alpha Group, she has strong confidence to provide all her best knowings to clients, let the dream of house being as seamless as possible.
